Technical Inkjet printing (banners): - Support Mac & PC - Support Format: PDF / JPG / TIFF - Make your file the real size - NO bleed is needed - Use CMYK Color format - Please use 100 - 150 ppi (pixels per inch) as the resolution, 100 - 120 ppi is good for general purpose. - Please leave 20 mm at top and bottom for non-visible area. - If you want real black colour, please use 40C 40M 40Y 100K to fill black area, if only use 100K, the outcome will become dark grey. Offset printing (business cards): - Support Mac & PC - Support Software: Illustrator, Photoshop, Freehand - Support Format: TIFF / PDF / EPS / FH / AI - Please convert the text to outline - Make your file the real size - Please leave 3mm bleed around border - Use CMYK Color format - All images should be at least 300ppi, fewer then this will affect printing quality. Send your artwork to us via www.yousendit.com Upload Via FTP 1. Input our FTP server address (ftp://ftp.2display.co.uk) into the browser's address box. 2. Right click on the browser's empty space, select the login identity. 3. Input 'upload@2display.co.uk' into login name & '2display' into password, press 'Login'. 4. Create your own folder. 5. Upload your artwork to our FTP site. 6. Wait for the upload process to complete. 7. Upon finished the upload, please send your requirements to us by email (enquiry@2display.co.uk) to place to order. Color Support - Please use CMYK format, do not use RGB color format. (No return or goods in case of color difference due to colors beyond the CMYK range.) - Our company produce output from files or CD from customers, we print according to our own color standard. For any color matching required, customers please provide the color chart. GBP10 is charged for test print. - In case no color chart is provided by the customer, our company is not responsible for the color output. - We accept test print from our printing facilities for color matching. Color charts from other companies cannot be used as standard or color matching. - The color printed from test print or actual output may vary around 5% due to environmental factors.
